Experiences like rape, abuse, loneliness, and feelings of inadequacy accompany the dancers’ lives like a constant background noise on a recording. The goal of this dance project in Zurich, was to express this diffuse noise in movement. The special choreography, in combination with the lighting, inspired me to play with exposure time and capture the diffuse in a photo.
